What we sell, and exactly what you pay for.

1. Who we are

KwicSpace (Pty) Ltd (trading as KwicSpace, formerly The Kitchen Wrap Company) is a South African surface-renovation company registered under company number 2021/820233/07, with its business address at Grays Industrial Park, Unit 14, 5 Birmingham Street, Benoni, 1501, Gauteng, South Africa.

We refurbish kitchens, cupboards, countertops, walls, windows and commercial interiors using architectural films and related finishes — an alternative to demolition and replacement. We also train and support the installers and business partners who deliver that work. All services are performed in South Africa; we do not ship goods internationally.

2. What you can pay us for

These are the only categories of payment we accept. Every charge on your card or bank statement will relate to one of them and will appear as KwicSpace.

3. The services we install

Installation projects fall into the following service lines. Each has its own page with a full description, materials used and example work.

• Surface & Cabinet Transformations — Vinyl wrapping and resurfacing for cabinets, doors, and surfaces.
• Slatted Panel & Cladding — Add depth, texture, and character to any wall, without a full renovation.
• Countertop and Backsplash Wraps — Transform your kitchen or bathroom surfaces ,without lifting a tile or replacing a single fixture.
• Window Coverings & Films — A fresh wall finish , applied directly over what's already there.
• Aluminium Glass Doors — Replace your cabinet doors with something cleaner, more modern, and built to last.

Typical projects include kitchen cupboard and cabinet wrapping, countertop wraps, aluminium glass doors, slatted feature panels, decorative wall finishes, window films and blinds, and commercial interior refreshes. Finished work is shown in our transformation gallery.

4. How our pricing works

• All prices are in ZAR (South African Rand).
• Prices include VAT at 15% where VAT applies, and every quotation shows the VAT amount separately.
• Installation work is priced on measured surface area (square metres), the material selected and site access. There is no fixed shelf price — you receive a written, itemised quotation before you pay anything towards the work.
• A quotation is valid for 14 days. Prices may change if the work is done in phases or if surfaces not listed in the quotation are added.
• Cupboard carcasses and doors are wrapped on the outside only, unless inside wrapping is specifically quoted and paid for.
• Free, no-obligation online estimates are available at any time — a site visit is only needed for a firm quotation.

5. How you pay

Payment methods we accept

• Debit and credit card — processed by Paystack. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and are never stored on our servers.
• Instant EFT — processed by Ozow.
• Buy now, pay later — three interest-free instalments via PayJustNow, subject to their approval.
• Bank transfer (EFT) to our business account, with proof of payment sent to hello@kwicspace.co.za.

Payment schedule for installation projects

1. 60% deposit on acceptance of the quotation. Paying the deposit is what confirms your booking and releases your materials for ordering.
2. 20% progress payment on delivery of materials and commencement of work.
3. 20% balance on completion, cash on delivery.

Site visits, training deposits, subscriptions and credits are paid in full at the time of booking or purchase. All goods supplied remain the property of KwicSpace until paid for in full.

6. When and where we deliver

• Site visits take place on the date and time slot you select when booking, usually within a few working days.
• Installation work commences 5 to 17 working days from receipt of your deposit. Specific dates are confirmed with you in advance. Most residential installations are completed in one to three days on site.
• Training is scheduled once a group is confirmed, and takes place within one month of your booking deposit.
• Subscriptions and credits are activated immediately after successful payment.
• We operate across Gauteng, Rustenburg, Emalahleni, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas. Check your area and its site visit fee on the Service Areas page.

7. Policies that apply

Your purchase is governed by our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in those documents limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
